TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS
In-Person Tickets
Requests for cancellation of in-person tickets submitted before February 1, 2026, will be eligible for a refund of the tuition paid, less a non-refundable processing fee of $25 per registrant. Please email us at info@precisioncardiovascular.org.
Requests for cancellation of in-person tickets submitted after February 1, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.
Attendee substitutions are permissible until February 1, 2026. Please email us at info@precisioncardiovascular.org.
Requests to cancel an in-person ticket in order to re-register as a virtual attendee are permissible until February 1, 2026. Please email us at info@precisioncardiovascular.org.
Virtual Tickets
Virtual tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of PCCS26, UC San Diego Health shall bear no liability for any expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel any session or to substitute a qualified speaker should an emergency arise. The organizers shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or losses that may result therefrom.
