CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
We are now accepting abstract submissions for PCCS26.
Share your research, insights, and innovations that advance the field of cardiomyopathy under this year’s theme: “Integrating Innovation Across the Cardiomyopathy Spectrum.” Top submissions will be recognized during the Symposium, with cash prizes awarded to the three highest-scoring abstracts.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submissions should reflect basic, translational, or clinical science related to cardiovascular disease, including advances in precision cardiology, gene therapy, heart failure management, imaging, artificial intelligence, or other emerging areas that enhance patient care.
Format Requirements
Format: Word Document (.doc or .docx)
Font: Arial, 11 pt, single spaced
Word Limit: 400 words (excluding title, author list, affiliations, table/figure)
Required Section Headers: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions
Graphics: Up to 1 table or figure may be included (not counted in word limit)
Keywords: Include up to 5 keywords
Affiliations: All institutional affiliations must be listed beside each author’s name.

Abstract Review Process
All abstracts will undergo peer review by the PCCS26 Event Directors. Up to 15 submissions will be selected for poster presentation during the lunch hour of the in-person Symposium. The top three abstracts will receive recognition and cash prizes during the Closing Remarks of the day’s program.

Relevance to the symposium theme and audience
Scientific merit and innovation
Clarity, completeness, and quality of data presentation
Top-Prizing Awards
1st Place - $1,000
2nd Place - $500
3rd Place - $300
Presenter Responsibilities
The presenting author of each accepted abstract must register and attend the in-person symposium. (Please use the free Trainee ticket type on the Attend page.)
The presenting author must present during the live lunch hour of the in-person symposium.
All abstracts and presentations must be in English.
The submitting author must confirm that all co-authors have approved the abstract content and consent to its publication (e.g., website, program materials, etc.).
